Skull

Skull is a game of bluffing, bidding, and beautiful cards. With five cards each (four roses and one skull), players select one to place face down in front of them. Players place cards until somebody feels comfortable they can turn over cards without revealing a single skull.

This is where the bidding begins! That player states how many cards they can reveal from around the table without showing a skull, then others can outbid with higher numbers. Whoever wins begins by turning over their own cards and then selecting other players’ cards. Wonderful in its simplicity, yet deep in the way players read each other, Skull is easy to learn and perfect for camping and taking to the pub.
