Cheating Moth (Mogel Motte) is a fast-paced card-shedding game where the main rule is… you’re allowed to cheat. In fact, you have to. The goal is to get rid of all your cards first, but the real fun lies in sneaking cards out of your hand when no one’s looking—up your sleeve, under the table, or dropped on the floor. Just don’t get caught by the Guard Bug!

Each turn, players take turns playing a card that’s one number higher or lower than the top card on the pile. Special action cards mix things up—like forcing players to draw, skip, or switch hands. But most importantly, only one player is the Guard Bug each round, and they’re the only one who can call out cheaters. If they catch you in the act, you take the card back and become the new Guard Bug. It’s chaotic, sneaky fun that rewards quick thinking and quicker hands.
